Warranty
All our products have a 3-month warranty on their parts and pieces. If our customer is within the US, we receive the faulty product and return it to them in full working condition at no cost.
For our clients abroad, we rely on their technical departments to perform the analysis and diagnosis of the computer failure and we proceed to send the replacement of the spare part within the next order that they make in the future at no cost.

Remanufacturing process
All our products are R2 Certified, which provides a high level of quality and commitment when it comes to reselling remanufactured products.
Our products, such as Laptops, Desktops, AIO’s among others, arrive at our warehouse daily where they are carefully processed before being distributed, going through a process of reviewing components, replacement of parts and exhaustive cleaning to guarantee their fully operation when turning on the device. All Artex remanufactured computers are grade A and B, which guarantees an almost new to used condition computer with only a few signs of use, so that our authorized distributors can offer a quality product with excellent cosmetic condition.
Artex Computer is a partner of Dell DFS. We handle Dell Certified Refurbished products under the prior order of our clients. Dell DFS products are remanufactured directly by Dell, ensuring a remanufactured product to the highest standards that Dell can deliver. Dell Certified Refurbished products come packaged in Dell branded boxes with all its Dell branded accessories included as well as all required documentation such as manuals and Warranty handled by Dell directly.
Similarly, Artex Computer is a Microsoft partner, which makes us direct remanufacturers of this great company. Microsoft has relied on Artex to remanufacture high-quality computers containing its most popular and prized softwares. We are Microsoft's "Third Party Refurbishers", so our customers and collaborators can order products with a fresh copy of Windows 10 or Windows 11 to comply with all the licensing required by law.
